Guard the home for stray dogs

PACK Taiwan shelters 200 homeless stray dogs. And we now need your help to keep these stray dogs staying warm and happy!

PACK's vision is to make every stray dog have a nice home, so we have established a sanctuary and adoption mechanism. However, our shelter is located on a remote mountain, and the fence is constantly eroded by rain and sea wind. Also, our old fence become more rusted and even cracked.

Just imagine, if your baby's crib or the walls of your house are broken and mottled, are you worried that these barriers to protect you and your family will become sharp weapons that hurt you? Do you start to panic? Similarly, we are also worried about the safety of these stray dogs, worried that they will be scratched by the rusted iron bars, and worried that they will accidentally cross the guardrail and get lost near the shelter and become stray dogs again.

During the winter rains, your donation can help us give our little cuties a safe home and keep them from wandering again.

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

We will use the funds raised to reinforce the existing fence. The reinforcement material uses diamond mesh, which will prevent dogs from being injured by other reinforcement methods. A total of 40 bundles are required, and the price of each bundle is 2,000 NTD. We will take care of these dogs until they find new owners. If fortunately, there are remaining funds, we will use them on the living, medical treatment, and care of 200 dogs in the park, and the hardware equipment of the park will be updated from time to time.

Who are the people behind the project?

People for Animal Care and Kindness。
