PACK的全稱是People for Animal Care and Kindness。我們是一個位於台灣北部的一個動物福利組織，我們的宗旨是讓每隻流浪狗狗都能有一個美好的家。而我們會進行狗狗的照護與送養工作，並推廣台灣領養風氣和教育大眾狗狗相關知識。我們的收容所收留了200多隻流浪狗，我們希望能為這些動物打造一個美好的家園。為了實現這個目標我們和國立台灣大學的學生合作，發起了這個募資專案。
PACK, with full name, is called People for Animal Care and Kindness. We are an animal welfare organization located in northern Taiwan, our mission is to make every stray dog have a nice home. We will take care of and foster dogs, promote Taiwan's adoption culture and educate the public about dog-related knowledge. Our shelter is home to over 200 stray dogs, and we hope to make a wonderful home for these animals. To achieve this goal, we launched this fundraising project in collaboration with students from National Taiwan University.
